IRCAI IS ANNOUNCING

2nd International AI Olympiad (IAIO)
FEBRUAR 2026
LJUBLJANA, SLOVENIA
The International Artificial Intelligence Olympiad (IAIO) is a global competition where high school students work on AI challenges. With the next edition planned for Ljubljana in 2026, the IAIO has established itself as more than a contest; it’s become a launching pad for the next generation of AI pioneers.
The inaugural competition was held in Riyadh in September 2024, uniting 90 talented high school students representing 25 countries in a groundbreaking two-day event.
Students face a variety of challenges in five key disciplines from Computer Vision and Robotics to Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. The two-day format combines theoretical knowledge with mathematical and algorithmic challenges, followed by practical AI model development.
IAIO aims to nurture young talent and promote collaboration. Students work on innovative solutions while learning from leading AI experts, developing both technical skills and an understanding of ethical AI development.
