- The Host is not responsible for any additional costs beyond the services we mentioned in invitation letter.
- The Host does not undertake to organize and cover any services for those arriving or departing outside the period of 23rd of February to 27th of February, 2026.
- Please note that you will be responsible for your medical insurance.
- The costs of international travel to/from Slovenia are also not covered by the Host.
